Meet Jaime - Founder & Sleep Expert

Hi there! I’m Jaime, certified baby sleep consultant and it is great to have you visit and support my small business. I have been working in the childcare industry for over 10 years and found I have a real talent and knack for getting babies and young children to sleep, which has turned me into a 'baby sleep whisperer'.

This has led me to pursue further studies and become a baby sleep consultant. Combining study with travel during the lockdown months, I have now based myself in Sydney, and are helping those near and far get their little bundles of joy back to sleep. Sleepy Dreamers was established in early 2021 and offers families a variety of sleep consultation services, in addition to baby and toddler products.

Why I am passionate about what I do

Why am I so passionate about baby's sleep?

Being a mother myself to my beautiful daughter Tully, I have had my fair share of sleepless nights. However learning the detrimental steps and settling methods, has helped me to get the most sleep possible. I love using a variety of methods and prefer to use no crying methods as I find if a child feels supported and safe, the more calm this transition to sleep training will be. I love the feeling of being able to help those near and far work on their child's sleep as it can completely change a family when everyone is sleep deprived. I have helped families in Australia, United States of America, England, Croatia and more - so if you are overseas, I can still help you.

Having worked in the childcare industry for over 10 years, I have a lot of knowledge surrounding children's sleep in a childcare setting. This means if your child is starting childcare soon or is already in care, I can provide support from both sides to the educators as well as you the parents. 

I got my qualification in 2021 to become a baby sleep consultant and then started my business shortly after, growing my audience organically because the methods and advice I share, actually works!

You will find beautiful, handmade swaddles, some in my own designs. These are organic cotton and bamboo, ready to help comfort your child. A variety of clothing and other accessories are also offered, the little things that you may need as a new parent, carer or as a gift for a loved one.Thank you for your support and following my journey.
