Q&A Session: The consultation is centred around your questions. Feel free to ask about sleep training, nap schedules, sleep regressions, night awakenings, and any other sleep-related concerns you may have. We can also chat about starting solids and information not related to sleep.

Resource Recommendations: The consultant will suggest valuable resources, articles, books, or tools that can assist you further in understanding and managing your baby's sleep.

1 Week Follow Up Text Support: After our consultation has been completed, you then receive one week of follow up text support. This is great to have as you may have additional questions or something isn't going to plan. You can text your consultant at any time however we ask to gather your questions so we aren't going back and forth all day.

No need to commit to a full consultation; you get the information you need. Don't let unanswered questions about your baby's sleep cause unnecessary stress.

Our Speed Phone Consult offers you a fast and convenient way to get the answers and guidance you need. Empower yourself with knowledge and take proactive steps to ensure a more peaceful and restful sleep for both you and your little one.

Please note this does not include a sleep plan or written out routine. If you are wanting a detailed sleep plan and routine with continued support, I recommend looking at our other packages.
