During this consultation, you can expect the following:

In-Home Visit: Our experienced sleep consultant will come to your home, allowing them to see your baby's sleep environment firsthand. This provides valuable insights into your baby's sleep challenges.

Detailed Discussion: The session begins with an in-depth discussion, where you can express your specific concerns, goals, and any issues you've been facing with your baby's sleep.

Expert Guidance: Benefit from the expertise of our consultant, who will offer insights and advice on various aspects of baby sleep, including sleep training, bedtime routines, and sleep hygiene.

Customised Sleep Plan: Working together, you and the consultant will develop a personalised sleep plan and routine tailored to your baby's unique needs and your family's goals. This plan will serve as a roadmap for improving your baby's sleep.

Hands-On Assessment: The consultant can assess your baby's sleep environment and offer practical recommendations for optimising their sleeping conditions.

Q&A Session: You'll have ample time to ask questions and clarify any doubts you may have about the sleep plan or baby sleep in general.

2 Weeks of Support: The consultation package includes two weeks of follow-up text support. This allows you to reach out with any additional questions, progress updates, or concerns as you implement the sleep plan.

Resource Recommendations: The consultant will provide you with recommended resources, articles, and tools to further assist you in your baby's sleep journey.

Our Ultimate Consult provides expert insights, a tailored sleep plan, and two weeks of support, ensuring your baby gets the sleep they need and your family enjoys peaceful nights.

Please be advised that there are limited time slots for this consult as we need to be there for your baby's midday/afternoon nap. There will also be an extra fee of $1 per KM if you are not within the 20km radius of Mona Vale, NSW. If you have any questions please contact Jaime.

Once you have purchased the consult, you will be emailed a detailed intake form to complete prior to us arriving. Please note it may take 15-20 minutes to complete so please go through it carefully. 

This consult option is great if you are at your wits end and needing someone to come in and take over and visually show you what to do. If you aren't able to tell the difference between your child's cries or get quite anxious about their sleep, this is the perfect option for you.
